The service
Prompt Build turns a description you write into a working web application. It generates and edits source code, runs your app in a temporary preview environment, and saves your work to your workspace.
We may change, add, or remove features. If we make a change that materially reduces what you have paid for, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel.
Your account
You need an account to build. Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity under it.
You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live if that is higher.
One person or business per account unless we agree otherwise in writing. You may not share an account.
What you may build
You keep ownership of what you create. You may use, modify, distribute, and sell the applications you build, subject to these terms and to the licences of any third-party components those applications include.
You must not use Prompt Build to build or distribute anything that:
- breaks the law or infringes someone else’s rights,
- targets or harms minors,
- sends unsolicited bulk messages, malware, or phishing content,
- attempts to gain unauthorised access to any system or data,
- harasses, defames, or discriminates against people,
- processes payment card, health, or government identity data without your own appropriate safeguards, or
- tries to circumvent our usage limits, credits, or security controls.
We may suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe is being used this way, and we will explain why unless the law prevents us.
Generated code and content
The service produces code and text automatically. It may contain errors, insecure patterns, or material similar to code that already exists. It is not reviewed by us.
Review, test, and secure anything you build before you rely on it or put it in front of your own customers. You are responsible for what you ship.
You are also responsible for the content you enter as prompts and attachments, and you confirm you have the right to use it.
Credits and payment
Building uses credits. Actions you take yourself, such as editing files, downloading your app, and undoing a change, do not use credits. See the Refund Policy for how billing, cancellation, and refunds work.
Prices and credit rates may change. We will give you notice before a change affects a subscription you already hold.
Previews and availability
Preview environments are temporary. They are for building and testing, not for production use, and they may stop or be recreated at any time. Publishing to a durable address is a separate capability and is only available where we say so.
We aim to keep the service available but we do not promise uninterrupted access. We may pause the service for maintenance or to protect it.
Our rights
We own Prompt Build itself, including its software, interface, and brand. These terms do not give you rights to them beyond using the service.
If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
Ending the agreement
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may end this agreement with reasonable notice, or immediately if you seriously breach these terms.
When the agreement ends, your right to use the service stops. Download anything you want to keep before you close your account.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. The service is provided “as is” beyond the warranties the law requires.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the update.
These terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory rights you have where you live.
